Jehovah's Witnesses and medical marijuana?
as there is a greater impetus than ever to legalize it and the fact that (at least in the U.S.) California has more pot shops tattoo shops ........ JW when / if pot becomes legal, will bar its members to use strictly for medical relief? If you say that is no longer against Ceaser but is harmful to their bodies ..... then why stop at the boat? Why not prohibit alcohol or caffine, or many other substances daily unknowlingly who knowingly or put into our bodies every day. What is your position?
Well, let's a look at the marijuana from God's perspective. Did God create this plant? Yes he did. God put into the properties of plants that man can use to help alleviate the sufferings of man? Yes he did. From this point of view there is no sin on the proper implementation of this plant for medical use. Has this been done by the government ... any way. The state of California is simply to take advantage of a huge multibillion dollar industry not unlike any other industry. It is not the real plant that God created that is the problem here. The problem is the application of this plant by the end of sin that carries its use in question. A person can use this facility and it is a sin and another person can use and is a blessing from God. That's all because of the human heart. People are not honest enough to marijuana only if they are sick. This has made it very difficult for anyone who really could benefit from using marijuana as those with cancer. The selfishness of many of the abuse of this plant is hurting that God created for - that God wanted to relieve pain and suffering of man by the creation of this facility - and Satan found a way to create more pain and suffering of their use. I think it's a sin to ban a substance that God put on earth, but because of sin we must reach an equitable agreement through the laws of the land on how best to regulate its proper use.

Medical Essays Medical Essays $44.68 This paper was written in a great heat and with passionate indignation. If I touched it at all I might trim its rhetorical exuberance, but I prefer to leave it all its original strength of expression. I could not, if I had tried, have disguised the feelings with which I regarded the attempt to put out of sight the frightful facts which I brought forward and the necessary conclusions to which they led. A Federal Tattoo by Farley, Clayton [Paperback] $25.62 Eighty years from now, a stranger named Sam wanders onto the Stahl family farm and meets Clara Stahl, a beautiful young medical student. Although it is clear that underneath Sams calm manner lies a tortured soul, Clara is immediately drawn to the handsome visitor. But is Sams amnesia the result of a trauma, or is he merely trying to forget a past filled with regrets? As Clara and her family help Sam unravel the mysteries of his memory, a fierce U.S. Air Force colonel in a secret federal facility fears his career may be on the line after a prisoner escapesand that prisoner is Sam. The residents of the quiet family farm soon find themselves threatened by authority at the highest levels. The resulting confrontation could ultimately endanger the entire United States government. In A Federal Tattoo, Clayton Farley takes us into a world at once sophisticated and archaic. Risk and Medical Decision Making $317.03 For people interested in risk management, medical activity represents a stimulating field of study and thought. On the one hand, progress in medical knowledge and technology tends to reduce the risks to survival that individuals would face in the absence of appropriate diagnostic or therapeutic instruments. On the other hand, new medical technologies simultaneously create their own specific risks, sometimes simply because their effects are less wellknown than those of established ones. In a sense any medical progress simultaneously generates new risks while destroying old ones. Moreover, unlike many financial risks that can be either divided or transferred to others (e.g. through diversification, insurance or social security) the personal aspects of medical risks are by essence indivisible and nontransferable. As a result, they are in a sense more threatening than financial risks for risk averse patients. These two facts explain and justify the growing interest in risk economics for the fields of medical decision making and health economics. In Risk and Medical Decision Making, part 1 is developed inside the expected utility (EU) model and analyses how comorbidity risks affect the wellknown testtreatment thresholds. Part 2 is devoted to a specific non EU model with the same purpose: how would one define a threshold in this context and how would one value a diagnostic test? In each of these two parts both diagnostic and therapeutic risks are considered.
